We believe that a child care center, with its emphasis on staff, space, equipment, toys, and organized activities, provides a better learning environment for children.  The photographs on this page provide a few glimpses of the interior and exterior of the day care center.  We encourage you to visit us and see for yourself what we have to offer.

A Pennsylvania Commonwealth Community and Economic Development Grant enabled the Center to buy building blocks for every classroom in the building.  

There is playful competition to see who can build the most original, the highest, the biggest, or the funniest-looking structure.  Imagination rules with these popular blocks!

 

Before- and after-school children have their own large spaces, separate from the pre-school children.

The kitchen and dining room area renovation shown below was funded as part of a grant secured by state Senator Terry Punt from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.  The kitchen renovation included a new kitchen area floor, two dishwashers and a double range, other plumbing and electrical repairs, and new kitchen cabinets.

Fixing the kitchen and new dining room furniture has made a significant difference in the lives of the children and the Center itself.  The children enjoy their nutritious meals and snacks in a bright, colorful and comfortable environment.
